This website

We collect only what you type into our forms: to answer a message (name, email, phone, clinic, and what you write) and to build a demo clinic (name, email, clinic name). We use it to reply to you and to run your demo, and for nothing else. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies. The site sets no cookies at all; the application sets one sign-in cookie when you sign in.

Demo clinics

Everything in a demo clinic — clients, animals, staff, history — is made up. A demo closes after 14 days and is taken offline 30 days after that; the email address you gave is kept with the request so we can follow up.

Your clinic's records

Your clinic's records belong to your clinic. We process them only to run Rolvina for you, keep each clinic's records in its own database, never sell them, and let you download everything at any time.

Who else handles data

• Stripe — card payments, if your clinic takes cards through Rolvina.
• Google Workspace — delivers the emails Rolvina sends (reminders, demo links, replies).
• An AI provider, only if your clinic chooses one. Rolvina's own AI model runs on Rolvina's servers.
