Switching to Rolvina
Most practices stay on software they dislike because leaving looks risky. Here is exactly what moving to Rolvina involves.
1. Try it with your own clinic's name
Ask for a demo clinic at try.rolvina.vet. It is a full working clinic — use it with your team for two weeks before deciding anything.
2. Export from your current system
Every practice system can export a patient list with owner details as a spreadsheet (CSV or tab-separated text): Cornerstone, AVImark, ImproMed, eVetPractice, ezyVet and others. Include the old client and patient numbers if it offers them.
3. Import, with a preview first
In Rolvina, Setup → Bring records over. Rolvina recognizes the columns most systems use and shows you, line by line, what it will create — and which lines it would skip and why — before anything is written. Next month's export adds only what is new, so you can import again right up to the day you switch.
Medical history, vaccines and account balances from your old system: keep its records (or exports) for reference; vaccination dates can be recorded on each patient so reminders carry on.
4. Run the clinic
Set up your price list, staff and appointment types (a demo's setup comes with you when you start your real clinic), and you are open.
And if you ever leave us
Settings → Take your data with you downloads everything: the complete database (it opens in any SQLite tool), every table as a spreadsheet file, every attached document, and a guide to reading it. Free, at any time, no request needed.
